Welcome to Life In Abundance. We are thrilled that you are considering us to meet your counseling and coaching needs. Our nonprofit organization seeks to provide you with affordable, convenient, and practical Christian life coaching and biblical counseling services. Our vision is to provide our clients a safe, confidential, and therapeutic environment in which to heal. In order to further that environment, we are pleased to offer the following amenities through our ministry:
Bible Study Resource
Our facility offers a private ‘War Room,’ or Prayer Closet. This room is available to our team and our clients upon request. Please feel free to schedule time to utilize it before or after an appointment, or anytime during regular office hours. We do keep a calendar of availability for the Prayer Room, so make sure to secure your scheduled time through our Office Coordinator.

LIA Social Media
Workshops on improving and maintaining emotional health and spiritual growth are periodically offered as part of this ministry. Additionally, LIA holds various fundraising, fellowship and worship events throughout the year. Our newsletter, published bi-monthly, will advise you of any upcoming events that may be of interest to you. We also include various local community events that are family friendly and free in the newsletter, so be sure to watch for those so that you, your family and friends may enjoy!
SOS Thrift Store
LIA has connected with SOS Thrift Store to become a ‘Sharehouse Partner.’ For any donation (ex: housewares, small appliances, furniture, clothing, and shoes) given to SOS under the name of Life In Abundance, SOS will issue an in-store credit to LIA and a tax receipt to the donor. LIA is then able to write purchase vouchers for clients in need. (Please note: SOS will arrange pickup for large quantity or larger furniture donations.) To date, LIA has been able to help numerous clients purchase household and clothing items for themselves and their children through our partnership with SOS Thrift Store. Additionally, we have been able to help families in the community who have lost homes and possessions to house fires or storm damage. Please remember Life In Abundance and SOS when you do your spring cleaning or clean out your closets seasonally! We greatly appreciate your donations to SOS on behalf of LIA.
Old Modern & Gorgeous Resale Shop
We are proud to partner with Old Modern &Gorgeous Resale Store. Old Modern &Gorgeous donates part of the proceeds of each donated furniture sale to Life In Abundance. Because of the proceeds we receive from Old Modern & Gorgeous, we are able to continue to be a blessing to women in need.
Women In Need Gaining Strength is a program offered through LIA, specifically to women who are single, widowed, coming out of abusive relationships, or finding themselves unexpectedly in crisis situations and needing help. Our program helps connect women to local resources who partner with LIA to offer affordable services in the areas of transitional housing, legal counsel, job readiness and placement, automobile maintenance and purchase, computer technology and repair, home maintenance and repair, landscaping and yard maintenance, healthcare, health insurance, personal finance (individual tax preparation, household budgeting and credit repair). Additionally, WINGS offers limited financial help with some basic expenses such as gas and groceries. If you are a candidate for WINGS, your counselor will advise you and direct you on next steps.
LIA School of Counseling
The LIA School of Counseling offers education and training for Pastors and Christians who feel God’s call to Christian counseling and are interested in earning a Christian Counseling Certification or Degree. The various programs offered provide licensing and credentialing through the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA). These certification/licensing programs should not to be confused with licensing by the state of South Carolina in any way. They are distinctly different and intended for a person who wants to practice as a minister of counseling and servant of the Body of Christ. If you are interested in learning more about the LIA School of Counseling, please email our Office Coordinator or fill out the form below so that we may schedule a time for you to meet with one of our Clinical Supervisors.
